Additional Information

The track was built as a brand new facility by Balsam in 1999. The lane markings were completed by Athletic Markings Ltd. on 15th September 1999. Although the track is metric it has curved starts for 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 miles but there are no markings for junior sprint events and no field event facilities. The RAF base is used by the USAF.
