St. Pauls Way Community School Track
The track is on a green coloured macadam rectangular arena on which an oval track is marked in red. There are two tennis courts and a netball court in the infield which are also red. The more northerly straight is extended at both ends and is about 105m long although there is only a finish line for 80m races which would have to be run in the reverse direction down the straight. The surface is a little uneven and the home straight is slightly uphill. The lanes are narrower than standard. There is a synthetic LJ/TJ runway to the side of the track but this is slightly downhill and there is only a take-off board for LJ as the TJ take-off positions are painted on. Until at least 1980 this had a macadam runway and there was also a high jump pit next to it. At this time the track area was a grass field. The track is on school grounds and is adjacent to another macadam rectangular arena which is used for football and hockey.
