Temple Newsam Track
Open meetings and West Yorkshire League matches were held here in the 1960s and it was the main track in Leeds at the time. It was also the main training ground of Leeds City AC until 1980 when the small pavilion was burnt down. The track is set in a slight bowl. The A-Z and OS map shows it to have a 200m/220y straight by extensions at both ends of the normal straight although this may no longer be still there.
