Additional Information
The track is in good condition and it appears to be 5 laps to the mile. The surface is fairly hard and is a black cinder type. The home straight is extended at both ends to accommodate 100m and 110mH races. There is a pavilion at the track and there is a sign on it saying that the pavilion clock was built in 1955 but the track was not laid until the 1970s. Coleraine Academical Institute is on the opposite side of the road to the track at 23-33 Castlerock Avenue, COLERAINE, BT51 3LA. Pegasus Coleraine AC occasionally use the track but more usually use the one at Rugby Avenue.
