Brynmawr School Track
Welsh League meetings were held here in the 1970s. It is a redgra track and is believed to be a 440y in length. It is in good condition although it is now only used by the school and the lanes are never thought to be marked. One end of the LJ runway alongside the back straight has been grassed over. Brynmawr is at an altitude of approximately 1200 feet and so the track is believed to be the highest above sea level in the UK.
