The adjacent Antrim Forum leisure centre building was opened on 21st May 1973 but not sure about the track. Ballymena & Antrim AC have their clubhouse at the track. The track is going to be extensively redeveloped & completely resurfaced in 2003 with jumping pits and vaulting runways being moved and changing rooms added.
